Clarity Index from RFBinder debuts, ranking how top companies succeed—or fail—in their corporate comms

Over the last two years, RFBinder, where Quantum's Ava Seave is a senior advisor,  has been crafting a way to evaluate the corporate communications and branding of companies from what they publish.  The comms firm just published the Clarity Index and through detailed methodology shows how Clarity of Language,  Clarity of Impact and Clarity of Connection improve business outcomes.  

• The “so what”: Better Clarity correlates with better business performance
• Most surprisingly: The average Clarity Index  score among the biggest companies in the world (most in the Fortune 100)  was only 81% – roughly a “B minus"
• Most reassuringly: The top performers on the list know how to align their communications – and specifically the controlled (owned and social) communications channels that we looked at – with their business objectives
