Ann Sarnoff was COO of BBC America in 2013, when she was a featured speaker in Quantum's Media Guru series.

Prior to joining BBC Worldwide in 2010, Sarnoff was at Viacom. She was head of consumer products and business development at Nickelodeon, where her team created the TV channel Noggin. Sarnoff was also involved in the creation of the TV Land and VH1 Classic channels, and served as EVP of business strategy and program enterprises at VH1.

Sarnoff became CEO of Warner Bros. in 2019. She's the first woman to hold that position at the company. In 2020, she was named Chair and CEO of WarnerMedia Studios and Networks Group, responsible for all of the company's content-focused teams, including the Warner Bros. Pictures Group, Television Group, HBO, TBS, and WB Animation.
