Soo is the vice president of finance at ThermAvant Technologies, LLC, an engineering and manufacturing company based in Columbia, MO that is the leading provider of Oscillating Heat Pipe (OHP) products. Soo oversees accounting, financing planning, and analysis for the company and is also responsible for human resources, risk management, information technology, and legal activities.

Previously, Soo was the business development specialist at the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), a program of the University of Missouri Extension. She provided pro bono business services to existing businesses and startups who sought guidance in starting and growing their companies.

Soo’s experience as a fixed income analyst, digital media consultant, and general manager gives her a wide range of knowledge and experience to work with her clients.

Soo graduated with honors from Barnard College, Columbia University with a B.A. in East Asian Languages and Cultures and has an MBA from Columbia Business School.
